You might be thinking right now, ‘Wow! Those are some impressive words to have in a band name.’ and I assure you, the band itself lives up to every word, every syllable, indeed every letter of their long and verbose name. Flagitious Idiosyncrasy in the Dilapidation (FID) started out as an all-female grind band, for the sake of demonstrating that women are a capable of creating astounding grind music as anyone. Quickly living up to and exceeding all expectations, the band put out a split with Insect Warfare, and now has a loyal following. They currently have a male guitar player, perhaps because proving themselves as an all-female band has already been accomplished. Notably, the band as people are all quite nice, considerate, and even a little shy, contrasting with the extreme gravity of their music. All I can say is, check them out, NOW!
