I’m starting to really love netlabels. Like, really, really love netlabels. The general consensus among these labels is to provide new music, good music for free. I had stumbled upon Safron Slumber earlier today and while there I found this album by Shinobu Nemoto.
I’m writing this 4 minutes into the first song. It’s good. Shinobu does ambient loops that make for great background music for any meditation trip. Ever see those droney buddha boxes that emit calm droney sounds in order to produce calm and serene environment?
Well this is like that. Only it’s not a box. It’s a CD! And it doesn’t take batteries. Just your speakers and the air around you to swim around these sounds.
