I’ve been listening to this smooth-ass electropop outfit (I think it’s a solo project) that is just awesome. I sometimes refer to this as ‘casiotone,’ but I don’t mean to belittle it or suggest that it’s ripping off Casiotone For the Painfully Alone when I say that. It’s great. It’s heartfelt, and it’s simple in a way that recognizes the childlike wonder and innocence of life and love. This is some of the most honest music you’ll ever hear. Also, she’s on tour right now!
