Hey Girl! Was a short lived all-female power punk band that got really huge in the bay area over the course of about six months. They were pretty closely associated with Thrillhouse Records in San Francisco, CA and played a bunch of shows with former Spam records bands like Fleshies and Bobby Joe Ebola & The Children McNuggets. They were pretty kick butt. Why is it that so many rad bands with a tight, together sound self destruct after such a short period of time?
