Just now, I needed some dark emotions kind of music. I have this large bookmarks folder with various stuff that I plan to talk about on Ve someday. I scrolled down to a band called Memento Mori, which is Latin (I think) for ‘Remember your mortality.’ I figured with a name like that, they’re probably appropriate. Turns out they’re a sort of melodic hardcore band from Woodland, CA. I don’t really care for the pretty sounding parts of the songs, but the more hardcore parts are pretty sweet.
