Peg Leg Howell

Another quintessential bluesman that I’ve been digging on as of late is Peg Leg Howell. He began playing music full time after loosing his leg in a fight (in fact, the poor dude had his leg SHOT OFF!), and recorded his first record after serving a prison sentence for bootlegging alcohol. His style of blues has a lot of finger picking and is really fun to listen to.
