One of my favorite blogs passed is In Noise We Crust, and before the blog stopped posting, it did a thing about a band called Chuck Damage. They’re pretty good, but they share the same name as me, which is sort of concerning. At first I thought, oh man, I need to change my punk name to something else. I was considering ‘Chuck Challenger-Explosion,’ but ultimately, I figure it’s not worth worrying about. If anything, that just makes my punk name more ironic (and I know everyone wants irony to be dead, but I still like it). I suppose it all boils down to who had the name first (probably the band) and if the band is cool with sharing. Regardless, they’re pretty good, so check them out.
